One-Time Event Agreement

  1. VFW Moina Michael Post 665 (herein after reffered to as the VFW) agrees to make avaliable the Dance Hall and associated facilities avaliable to (hereinafter referred to as the Renter) on

for the purposes of a private event. The Renter would normally pay the cost of renting, starting at

$75.00 per hour for Canteen

$100.00 per hour for Dance Hall (VFW Members Only Charge)

$150.00 per hour for Dance Hall (Veterans Only Charge)

$200.00 per hour for Dance Hall (Non-Member Affiliated Charge)

In addition to the $75.00 Clean Up Charge (Non-Negotiable) + $75.00/Bartender Fee Per Event if applicable 

Additional Charges: $100 Service Charge (Cook) per event if applicable 

**Renters are allowed to hire their own catering services if they do not wish to hire VFW Post 665 Cook

2. The Renter shall, using persons provided by him, make any necessary changes to the furniture and equipment to conduct the event, and shall at the conclusion of the event restore all furniture and equipment to their original position. 

3. The Renter agrees to pay for any and all damages the VFW may incur as a result of this event. 

4. The Renter agrees to hold the VFW harmless for any injuries or damages to personnel or property, unless such injuries or damages are the result of negligence on the part of the VFW or employees of the VFW. 

5. Should the renter request, is granted permission to cater the event using an outside caterer.
